Additional information

How Does It Work?

Choose your clothes: Choose your favourite items of clothing that you would like your keepsake to be made from.

We have a forever growing range of keepsakes to choose from. Choose your keepsake and add on any optional extras.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an confirmation email.

Post them to us: we recommend packing your clothes securely in a postal bag with your PDF order form or your name and order number and sending them to our address VIA royal mail signed or tracked. If you have any clothing requests simply write this in with your order.

When we have received your clothes you will be updated with 24 hours by email. We will then create your chosen keepsake.

You receive your order when complete, we will post it back to you.
What clothes should i send?

I can use most types of clothing — baby, child, or adult. Stretchy fabrics are lined to keep your keepsake in shape, and I’ll always try to include any special images or logos where possible.

There are a few items I can’t use:
swimwear, plastic‑coated fabrics, shoes, very thick knitwear, or anything too bulky to sew.
If you’re unsure, please feel free to contact me before ordering.

If you’d like certain parts of the clothing used (or avoided), just add a note to your order. If something isn’t possible, I’ll get in touch before I begin.
For more complex requests, an additional charge may sometimes apply.
Care Advice

We suggest a gentle dust regularly & light sponge with a damp cloth if needed. DO NOT wash them in the washing machine or by hand as this will go misshaped as they are stuffed with 100% polyester hollow fibre filling.

I honestly cannot recommend Loved & Cherished Memory Bears enough. ❤️
Mandy is absolutely amazing. I cannot put into words just how fantastic it is that she was able to adapt my dad’s cap to fit onto the memory dog. It is such a special and personal touch, and it means more to me than I could ever explain.

The memory dog is absolutely beautiful and has been made with so much care, love and attention to detail. Having something so precious made from my dad’s belongings gives me a keepsake that I can treasure forever and makes me feel that little bit closer to him.

Mandy has created something truly special, and I am so grateful for all the care and thought she has put into making it. Thank you so much for giving me a beautiful memory that I will cherish forever. ❤️🐾
