Thank you for visiting and shopping at Loved and Cherished Memory Bears. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our delivery Policy.
Posting your items – We recommend sending items to us using a reliable tracked and signed for service as we know how truly irreplaceable these items are. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure addresses are written legibly. Please ensure there is a return address on the parcel on the outside of the parcel and inside so that I can easily identify them.
Royal Mail tracked 24 – delivery within the UK cost: £5.90
How quickly will my order arrive? – For keepsake items you will get an order confirmation as soon as you place your order, with instructions for posting the clothing to us. The average turnaround time for keepsakes is approximately 4 – 6 weeks from receipt of clothes. Once complete I will send you pictures of your keepsake. We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase.
How can I track the status of my order? – You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website. Loved and Cherished do not accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post, should a package get lost in transit it is the customers responsibility to trace it.
Will I need to sign for my order? – No you do not need to sign. You will get a notification when your order will be delivered.
Special delivery instructions? – If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour, please include them in the ‘special instructions’ section at the checkout. Please note that our couriers will not respond to notes left on doors for security reasons.
I have a query regarding my delivery? – If you have any queries regarding your delivery please email us at info@lovedandcherished.uk If we cannot deliver your order within the specified time period we will make every attempt to contact you and provide an expected delivery time.
Collect in person – You are able to collect your order from our premises by choosing the relevant option at the checkout. At this point delivery charges will be removed. You can collect your order from:
