Whether you’re using a precious shirt, a beloved t-shirt or the clothing of a lost loved one, we’ll handcraft you a beautiful heart memory cushion keepsake to treasure.
For cushions made with baby clothes, please avoid very small items like leggings, hats, or mittens, as they are often too small to be used for the patchwork design.
Each finished cushion measures approximately 25cm high and 34cm wide.

*Turnaround time of between 4-6 weeks from placing an order to receiving your finished keepsake. This can be longer during busy periods
Most materials work well, but it’s best to avoid fabrics that are either very thin, like silk or chiffon, or very thick, such as leather or chunky knitwear.
If you’re unsure about your fabric choice, just send a few photos and we can take a look. Please also include a note with your name, return address, and any design details we’ve discussed.

| How does it work? | Choose your clothes: Choose your favourite items of clothing that you would like your keepsake to be made from. Choose your keepsake: We have a forever growing range of keepsakes to choose from. Choose your keepsake and add on any optional extras. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an confirmation email. Post them to us: we recommend packing your clothes securely in a postal bag with your name and order number and sending them to our address VIA royal mail signed or tracked. If you have any clothing requests simply write this in with your order. When we have received your clothes you will be updated with 24 hours by email. We will then create your chosen keepsake. You receive your order when complete, we will post it back to you. |

| What clothes do I send? | We can use a range of different clothing, if your clothes are stretchy fabrics we will use non stretch lining to ensure your keepsake keeps its shape. We try our hardest to use items with images on however, this is not always possible. Some items of clothing that can’t be used are swimwear, plastic coats shoes and really thick knitwear… please contact us before ordering if you’re unsure. Special requests: If you have special requests, or would like certain parts of clothing used/ not used please add a note to your order. If for any reason we believe we can’t do what is requested we will contact you before making. For more complex requests we may need to contact you for additional payments. |
| Care advice | Care advice: I suggest a gentle dust regularly & a light sponge with a damp cloth if needed. DO NOT wash them in the washing machine or by hand as they will go mis-shaped as they are stuffed with 100% polyester hollow fibre filling. |
