E-Gift cards can be used for 12 months from date of purchase online only. Once you have purchased your gift voucher, you will receive an e-mail with gift voucher which you can print or e-mail to the recipient. The gift voucher will include a discount code which your recipient can then redeem at the checkout when placing their own order for their chosen keepsake. The order will be placed on the waiting list when the gift voucher is ordered, and can remain there until the recipient gets in touch.
I ask that the recipient of the voucher places their order before the expiry date, but if they wish they can get in touch and request that their keepsake is booked in for a later date, for example if they would like to send clothes that their child is still wearing.
The gift voucher code can be used in full payment, or in part payment towards an order of greater value. No change can be given. You will NOT receive a physical voucher by post.
