E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- Validity: Your E-Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed exclusively online at www.lovedandcherished.uk.
- Delivery: Upon purchase, you will receive an email containing your E-Gift Card. This can be printed or forwarded directly to your chosen recipient.
- Redemption: The E-Gift Card includes a unique discount code. The recipient simply enters this code at checkout when placing their order for their chosen keepsake.
- Booking Your Keepsake: When the E-Gift Card is purchased, your order is automatically placed on our waiting list. The recipient can then contact us at their convenience to arrange a suitable month for their keepsake to be made.
- Flexibility: We understand cherished clothing may still be in use! Recipients are welcome to book their keepsake in for a later date, even if beyond the initial waiting list timeframe, as long as the order is placed before the voucher’s expiry.
- Payment: The gift voucher code can be used for full or part payment towards an order. Please note, no change can be given for partial redemptions.
- No Physical Voucher: This is an electronic gift card; you will not receive a physical voucher by post.
