✨ E‑Gift Card Information
Validity:
Your E‑Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed exclusively online at www.lovedandcherished.uk.
Delivery:
Upon purchase, you will receive an email containing your E‑Gift Card. This can be printed or forwarded directly to your chosen recipient.
Redemption:
Each E‑Gift Card includes a unique discount code. The recipient simply enters this code at checkout when placing their order for their chosen keepsake.
Arranging Your Keepsake: When the E‑Gift Card is purchased, your order is automatically added to our waiting list. The recipient can then contact us directly when they’re ready to arrange a suitable month for their keepsake to be made (they will also find the PDF form on our ‘How It Works’ page, which they’ll need to download, print and sign before sending their clothing).
Sending Your Clothing:
Once their making month is booked, the recipient will need to contact us before sending their cherished clothing. This ensures we’re ready to receive their items safely and can confirm everything is in place.
Flexibility:
We understand cherished clothing may still be in use. Recipients are welcome to book their keepsake for a later date, even if beyond the initial waiting list timeframe, as long as the order is placed before the voucher’s expiry.
Payment:
The gift voucher code can be used for full or part payment towards an order. Please note, no change can be given for partial redemptions.
No Physical Voucher:
This is an electronic gift card; you will not receive a physical voucher by post.
