Please use the PDF order form linked below — print it out, fill it in, and include it inside your parcel. If you can’t print the form, please write all the requested information clearly on paper, including the date and your signature. This information is essential before I can begin your order.

Step 1: Choosing Your Garments
Firstly, choose the cherished clothing you’d like me to transform into a keepsake. Every piece is unique, so we love to chat before you purchase! This ensures I capture your vision and every special detail perfectly. Simply message me to start your journey.
Step 2: Select Your Keepsake
Choose your keepsake on our Shop page and proceed to checkout. We offer secure payment via PayPal, where you can pay with your account or as a guest using any major debit or credit card. You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase.
Step 3: Sending Us Your Clothing
Next, it’s time to send your chosen clothing to me. I highly recommend using recorded delivery for peace of mind. Please remember to include your name, phone number, address and note with any special instructions you may have. As soon as I receive your items, I’ll message you straight away to let you know they are safe.
Local to Colchester, Essex? You’re welcome to drop off your clothes in person and collect your finished keepsake when it’s ready.
Step 4: Let the Creation Begin!
With your precious items in hand, I’ll begin crafting your keepsake with the utmost love and care. I know that trusting someone with a loved one’s clothing can be an emotional decision, so please rest assured that every stitch is handled with the respect it deserves. If I need clarification on any of your special instructions, I’ll reach out so we stay perfectly aligned throughout the process.
Final Design: I’m always happy to follow specific requests for fabric placement. (As a little tip: lighter fabrics work best for the head so the eyes and nose show clearly. If you don’t have anything suitable, I can provide fabric at no extra cost.)

Step 5: Your Keepsake Comes Home
Once your keepsake is complete, I’ll send you photos of the finished piece. You can then choose to collect your keepsake from me or have it delivered by post. I know how incredibly precious these items are, which is why all posted keepsakes are sent via a signed-for, tracked, and insured courier service. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your special keepsake all the way to your doorstep.
