Step 1-Pick your items – Choose garments that embody cherished memories, prepared to be reimagined as keepsakes. Each keepsake is personally made for you, for that reason, I would prefer to communicate with you before instead of adding a quick buy button.
Step 2- Choose your keepsake – Browse our shop page You’ve got plenty to choose from memory bears, a variety of animals and cushions item you’d like to have created. After you have clicked on your chosen keepsake/memory item, proceed to cart and checkout safely and securely through our partner PayPal. Don’t worry if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still checkout as a guest using your debit or credit card. Once you have paid you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
Step 3- Post your clothing – You would then need to pop the clothes in the post to me, so I recommend that you send them by recorded delivery. Just put a note in with them, with your name on and any special instructions. Once I receive your items I will email you with all the relevant information on how and where to send your special items of clothing to so you know your items have arrived safely.
If you are local (I am based in Colchester Essex) I am more than happy for you to drop off the clothes to me and later collect your finished keepsake if it’s easier for you. I will contact you to arrange a suitable date for you to drop them off.
Step 4- I’ll get to work! – Once i have received your items of clothing, I will create your keepsake with all the love and care it deserves. I understand that parting with a loved one’s garments to transform them into a cherished keepsake may be a tricky decision. Rest assured, I will handle each stage with utmost care. If there are any special instructions I may contact you just to make sure we are both 100% on the same page.
Step 5 – Your finished keepsake comes home – Once your keepsake is complete, I will contact you with photos of your finished order. You will then need to collect your keepsake from me or I will send your keepsake by post depending on your request. I know how precious your items are, so I send all keepsakes via a signed for – tracked and insured courier service. You’ll get an email with your tracking number so that you can track your special keepsake all the way to your doorstep.
If you selected “Collection” at the order stage, then I will contact you when your keepsake is ready to arrange a time and date that suits you.
Step 6 – Love & Cherish your keepsake forever – Your completed keepsake will arrive ready to offer comfort and keep your precious memories alive.
